Brett was on call today, so he invited us to come up and have dinner with him. As soon as we got there he got paged. We hung out in the waiting room for a few minutes.(It was a perfect time to take picture) :) It was fun to see Brett at work. They have a McDonald at his hospital, so that it was were we were privileged to have dinner. The kids loved it. When we had to go both Brynn and Aubrey were crying because we had leave without "daddy". I am glad we got to go up there. It was the highlight of our day.

Very fun! It's funny how much kids love the most simple things! I bet Brett loved having you guys there, even if he didn't get to spend too much time! You are such a good mom and wife!!!
Oh that scenario seems all too familiar! We try to have dinner with Adam too as much as we can when he is on call. He too always seems to get paged and we end up seeing him only for 15 min sometimes, but better than nothing!
